The Brief

Noor Labs makes a carbon measurement tool used by mid-sized manufacturers. The data is dense; the audience is not technical.

Our job was to turn a spreadsheet-shaped product into something a plant manager could read on a Monday morning.

Ch. 01

One number first

Every screen answers one question before any other. We re-organised the dashboard around a single headline figure — this month's emissions — and pushed everything else below the fold.

Ch. 02

Honest charts

We rebuilt their charting layer on D3, stripped of decoration. Axes, labels, and one line. When a figure is uncertain, the chart says so in plain language — not with a shaded confidence band nobody reads.

Ch. 03

A site that matches the product

The marketing site borrows the same restraint: no jargon, no illustrations of globes. Just numbers, plainly.

Our customers stopped asking us what the dashboard meant. That was the whole problem.
